Client: The Institute for Experiential Jewish Education
M² helps educators and organizations design compelling educational experiences that help their learners find meaning and relevance in Jewish life. Their vision is for Jewish education to be the foundation for deep engagement with a diverse, meaningful, compelling, and vibrant Jewish life.
M² represents Machshava and Ma’aseh – Intention and Action – two values whose interplay is at the core of Jewish life.
At M², they believe that these values are the foundations of experiential Jewish education.
They know that to be a Jewish educator, you need to be an educated Jew. Rather than using quick fixes and cookie-cutter approaches to professional development, they help educators to create experiences that are flexible and adaptable to their contexts, while remaining rooted in a solid foundation of Jewish wisdom and pedagogical theory.
In doing so, they provide educators with the language, skills, and frameworks necessary to design powerful and thoughtfully curated Jewish experiences, and to develop high-quality and accessible educational resources in service of those experiences.
They choose us a couple of months ago in the middle of an organizational growth momentum, and they constantly come up with new initiatives, and open themselves up to new audiences. Therefore, they need branding that can be flexible and can evolve and reflect this growth.
When we started working with this wonderful group of people, and after a quick dive into their visual materials, I have found 2 main problems:
Creating a contemporary Brand that combines Jewish values, mutual guarantee, pluralism and innovation.
